This has been the first time that I was just in awe of a product that I have purchased on line. As of today, I have bought two different types of valances - the one with points and buttons and the ones with Laugh, Live, Love at the bottom, the Prairie style curtains and place mats for the table. Extremely good quality - thick, lined, virtually wrinkle-free. I am so in love with the pattern and wine color that I keep buying accessories to match them. I grew up in a small town with a country atmosphere and with these curtains I have been able to create the nostalgic look in my kitchen that I have longed for. My husband and I spend more time eating at the kitchen table now. Delivery was super fast - even over the July 4th weekend! Thank you - I will be doing more business with Amazon and Primitive Home Decors in the future!the only problem is my window is a little too wide,i like them to be fuller.I purchased 3 pairs for my south facing dining room. The color and fabric are quite nice, but these pluses are overridden by the poor quality of the lining and the workmanship. Of the three pairs I purchased, one had a heavier lining than the other two, but in all three the lining bunched and gathered up. This is important because it can be difficult to hang these curtains without the lining showing. Additionally, the lining is white and difficult to hide easily in the folds; the thin lining also allows too much light to come through. It’s impossible to even tell the color when the sun is shining. On one pair when I attempted to gather the curtain panel, the gathering cord came completely out. It had been only poorly tacked in place. I had to take the casing apart and reinsert the cord which was a real pain to do. I strongly recommend if you purchase these curtains that you head to you sewing machine immediately and tack down the pull cords. Finally, I had hung mine initially on the fancy rods originally on the windows, but that allowed the outer edges to show as well as the pull cords. They look much better on regular inexpensive metal rods that curve around, allowing the unattractive ends to be hidden.I was suprised when I opened thes curtains... They are outstanding. They are very very well made. The color is A Burnt Rust color Which matches my tarocatta Walls just beautiful... Its is just enought difference in color tone . the plaid is small and very well matched. These are also lined with an off white color cotton lining. I did iron them when I put them up but they were almost not even in need of it. Very easy to pop on your curtain rod and hang. The draw string to pull the top of the swag is also easy to space evenly when you have the curtain hung on the wall.. Very happy with this purchase.. Thank you Amazon.. you do make my very busy, No time to shop life very very easy..Love these in my great room! The room truly came alive in warmth and is now also bathed in sunshine! which I never realized how much I was missing ! I received them with my wonderful Amazon 2 day Prime, hung them the same day and look forward every day to the wash of sunshine to cheer the day! These lines curtains steamed up beautifully to not a wrinkle to be had. Oh, yes, these have the real drawstring on each panel so you can chose your own adjustment of "pucker" that you like! Warm wine with tan is gorgeous!I love these curtains! They are made of quality material and are lined which is very important to me. One thing I wish is that the cinching on the curtain was already done, you are responsible for cinching The curtains which is aggravating to somebody who has little patience. Overall I still give these a five star rating because they are beautiful and the quality is everything I needed.I just received these curtains and absolutely love them. I have a kitchen window that I've hated for 22 years. I could never find curtains that did anything to flatter it until now. This has made a world of difference in this window. I actually like it now. They're heavy enough to hang nicely and are lined in an off white fabric. The drawstring is easy to adjust to whatever look you want. I contemplated for a long time before I ordered these but am so glad I did. I would recommend these to anyone who wants a country look to their home.Redid my bathroom several years ago.
